GeoTemp Ltd is the installation and contracting partner for SECTA surface energy systems.

We were established to handle what SECTA does not — the physical installation, the site work, the plant room, the commissioning, and the ongoing support. SECTA, developed by Geo Surface Design Ltd with professional HVAC design authority from tBBC (Bruce Boucher Consultancy), is an engineering-led system package. It defines the thermal strategy, the collector principles, the hydraulic arrangement, and the controls philosophy.

The problem we solve

Surface energy collection sits at an awkward point in construction. The surfacing contractor knows resin bound, asphalt, and levels. The HVAC contractor knows heat pumps, pipework, and plant rooms. The SECTA system spans both — and the interface between them is where projects typically lose performance, clarity, and accountability.

GeoTemp was built to own that interface. We understand the SECTA collector principles because we work to the SECTA design. We understand HVAC because that's our background. And we understand construction because we've been doing it for years.

Our approach

We don't sell a product. We deliver a defined scope of work within the SECTA framework — and we stand behind it.

SECTA owns the design. tBBC provides the professional HVAC design authority. The surfacing partner owns the finish. GeoTemp owns the installation: the collector pipework, the manifolds, the Ground Array Accumulator, the heat pump, the hydronic distribution, the controls integration, and the commissioning.

Each party remains responsible for their own scope. That's not a limitation — it's the structure that makes the system deliverable, insurable, and accountable.

GeoTemp Ltd is a registered UK company with VAT and PAYE registration. Our team brings long-standing HVAC, hydronic, and heat pump design and installation experience — the practical understanding of what happens when an attractive concept meets real groundworks, real plant rooms, and real commissioning.
