Our Services

GeoTemp delivers three connected service areas. Each can be engaged independently or as part of a full SECTA installation package.

01

SECTA System Installation

The physical delivery of the SECTA surface energy collection and thermal accumulation system, working to the SECTA design package.

What this includes:

  • Collector pipework installation within resin-bound or dual-surface ground arrays
  • Manifold assembly, positioning, and hydraulic zoning
  • Ground Array Accumulator (GAA) installation and connection
  • Header pipework and distribution to the plant room
  • Hydraulic separation between collector circuit and building-side system
  • Coordination with the resin-bound surfacing partner on sequencing, levels, and edge details
  • Integration with the SECTA controls philosophy
  • Flow balancing, performance verification, and commissioning

The dual-surface approach: SECTA's dual-surface ground array strategy uses resin-bound surfacing only across the active collector zones, with conventional asphalt or other finishes across the balance of the site. GeoTemp installs the collector within those defined zones — positioned where solar exposure, hydraulic distance, and long-term protection from disturbance are strongest. The result is a collector sized from the building's thermal requirement, not from the total paved area available.

02

Heat Pump Systems

Water-to-water heat pump specification, installation, and integration — the building-side plant that turns collected low-grade energy into usable heating and cooling.

What this includes:

  • Heat pump selection and installation, sized from the building's heat demand and the SECTA source-side capacity
  • Low-temperature heating distribution design and installation
  • Cooling distribution where the system and building allow
  • Buffer vessels, expansion, pressurisation, and water treatment
  • Electrical and controls integration
  • Commissioning and performance demonstration

The source-side matters: A heat pump is only as good as its source. SECTA's controlled accumulation and hydraulic separation protects the quality of the energy presented to the heat pump — avoiding the low-grade "store robbing" that undermines conventional ground source systems. GeoTemp installs the interface that makes that protection real.

03

HVAC Services

Wider mechanical and building services — the same engineering discipline applied to conventional HVAC projects.

What this includes:

  • Ventilation system installation (supply, extract, heat recovery)
  • Ductwork fabrication and installation
  • Pipework — LTHW, CHW, domestic water, drainage
  • Plant room fit-out and equipment installation
  • BMS and controls wiring
  • Maintenance and remedial work

Not every project needs SECTA. But every project benefits from the same approach: understand the design intent, define the scope, build it properly, and commission it before you walk away.
